Exercise improves physical health by helping people to keep fit and lose excess body weight – it also helps to increase muscle tone and size. Exercise has significant impacts on improvements in mental health as it can help to reduce stress and anxiety. It can also improve your self-confidence when completing challenges and demonstrates your resilience in completing them. Exercising at home is very important for all pupils, parents, carers and family members to ensure that we can maintain our own physical and mental health in the current situation we find ourselves in.
