Everyone Learning in Partnership with the Tame River Educational Trust and The University of Cumbria run the Secondary School Direct Programme. The Partnership is committed to providing a first class education for all its pupils and we are looking forward to recruiting inspiring new candidates who are passionate and ambitious. This innovative route into the teaching profession will provide you with the necessary skills set to become an excellent teacher!

What we can offer?

Train alongside serving teachers as well as completing a University of Cumbria PGCE with 60 Master’s Degree Credits.

All trainees will understand ‘Quality First’ approaches to teaching and learning and benefit from the highest standards in coaching and mentoring.

• A PGCE qualification with QTS.
• High Quality school based training within local quality Secondary schools.
• Quality assurance from The University of Cumbria and The University of Warwick.
