TRET Consultation

Consultation Monday 16th December 2024 to Monday 3^rd February 2025

As you will be aware, there has been a close working relationship between Mossley Hollins High School and Droylsden Academy for many years. You will also be aware that our school is an Associate Member of the Tame River Educational Trust (TRET) and was a key partner in the co-construction of the Trust prior to its launch in January 2022. Droylsden Academy is currently a full member of the Trust.  Another local school, Hyde High School, is also seeking academy conversion to allow them to join the Trust.

This consultation outlines Mossley High School’s intentions to academise and formally join TRET. The governing body has carefully deliberated the benefits of academisation with TRET and the school believes the Trust’s mission, values and core educational purposes align with our commitment to provide the highest quality education for our children.
